Absolutely! Our main level has an accessible washroom with a full shower. Our upper level has two single use shower rooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a bathroom with a urinal. All with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Hair dryers and full towel service are also provided.

For your first class. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.

No. We do not sell any water or sports drinks at Tidal. We do have a place to fill a water bottle and extra bottles should you forget your own.

Yes. There is plenty of parking to the side of the building, along with 2 accessible parking spots.

While our programmed workouts are infinitely scalable for all levels of fitness, we do understand this type of training may not be for everyone. Check out this simple at home workout you can do to see how you would fare in our group class!

Tidal has a variety of equipment, so you should expect something different everyday. Whether it’s squatting a barbell, carrying a sandbag, pulling a sled or running on a treadmill, you will learn and execute a variety of movements daily. Every movement is scalable to your fitness level, so don’t be intimidated! Our goal is to make you feel safe and confident in each and every exercise you do.

Yes. We pause memberships for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks.

We are not a CrossFit gym. Our programming pulls from multiple disciplines, CrossFit being one of them, but we are not affiliated with CrossFit.

We believe that the most important way for kids to work on their health and fitness is through play. Our classes a catered towards adult but we can accept members as young as 13, with a parent/guardian present in class.

We do offer very limited personal training. Due to size of the space and our focus on the group class model, we are limited in the times that we can fit in personal training. The only available times are between 1-3:30pm Monday-Friday and only if a Coach is available to take on a new client. Email us to inquire about availability.
