I was raised in an environment that constantly showed me the benefits of community - support, love, laughter, helping hands and happiness. The communities in my life have carried me through challenging times, celebrated my wins, and kept me accountable for my goals. Everyone is deserving of this sense of community. This is what I bring to Tidal.

What’s your why?
Something powerful happens when we are given the support and tools to move our bodies with purpose. When you move, not as a punishment or as a means to fit into society’s body ideals but to feel strong and alive, it is a spark to do everything well. This is the philosophy and motivation that I bring to Tidal.

Guided by my passion for fitness and empowering others, I will inspire achievement of personal goals and the mastery of knee movements.
